Fr. Mark Edney, PastorWelcome to El Centro Catholic, Our Lady of the Valley Parish! We are the people of God in this part of the Valley who worship at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and St. Mary Church in El Centro. I am greatly blessed to be Pastor of each of this faith community. We are one people, though, not because there is one pastor but because there is One God and Father of us all (Cf. Ephesians 4:6).
C.S. Lewis once commented that it was easier sometimes to love the person on the other side of the world than to love our neighbor. But Christianity is not supposed to be easy and Jesus commands us to love our neighbor. I hope this website and the mutual cooperation which it represents will be encouragement to us to live, pray and work together as Catholic Christians. Be blessed in Christ, all of you!
